Buy onlineJane was born in London and trained as a theatre and television Production Manager. After a break to bring up her family she decided to attend The London College of Fashion to do a BTEC HNC in Creative Embroidery, which then led her on to painting, photography, collage and screen printing.
Jane moved to Bristol 11 years ago and decided to set up a new studio and teach herself watercolour. She started to explore this fascinating medium and has recently moved on to Acrylics. Using her past experience in mixed media she now combines all of these art forms in her most recent paintings.
Her paintings are purely imaginative and all based on the landscape. Ideas are stored in her head, and experimental techniques are logged into her ideas books. Hopefully the two come together.
Jane’s work is in private collections in the UK, France, South Africa, Canada, USA and Australia.
