We are currently gathering information from local tutors about courses to run in the 212 Eco House garden during the summer from June onwards. We will offer full day courses along with shorter workshops from 6-8.30pm with maximum 10 to a class.

Sarah Edwards will be running more of her popular wicker weaving workshops. Discover the creative potential of willow, learn the basic techniques and then weave your own animal to take home. Sarah created the living willow hedge surrounding the Eco House and the willow fox in the garden.
Discover willow weaving techniques following the experienced guidance of Sarah Edwards, who will show you how to turn sticks into a 3D sculpture of your own wicker fox or hare. Sarah will also offer shorter early evening courses on weaving a wicker heart and a birdfeeder. RHS Gold medal winning garden designer Louise Bastow combines her intimate knowledge of plants gained from many years of making gardens and her finely tuned color sensitivity to create beautiful floral displays using locally grown British flowers. Bath Bomb/Melt making
Short course to make natural gentle bath fizzer and/or melts. Learn about the natural cleansing power of the ingredients and add beautiful organic herbs and essential oils to create your own perfect chemical free bath experience. Use different shapes and moulds and wrap in funky material or handmade paper to take home. All ingredients and equipment provided.
Perfume making – science of smell
Spend an evening/afternoon creating a beautiful bespoke perfume blend for yourself or as a gift. Learn about blending essential oils and learn about some of the rare luxurious perfume oils. Awareness of some of chemicals used in the perfume industry. Learn more about your sense of smell! Great fun, go home with aroma rollers of your blends.
