We’re extremely excited to announce that Pot Heads Pottery will be running pottery workshops in our Secret Garden round the back of Room 212. The first sessions are on Mondays May 10th & May 17th 4-6pm with more planned on Saturdays in June.

Have a play with some clay and create your own, unique Pot Head in a fun, relaxing workshop. The Pot Heads are hand sculpted ceramic characters, potted by the people! What will your plant pot pal look like?

In the 2 hour workshop you will learn some simple techniques and be guided step by step to build your own pot head character using air-drying clay. Take your pot away on the day, with a botanical hairstyle of your choice. No experience needed, just a willingness to get a bit messy!

The session is a great way to unwind, relax and get in touch with your creative and silly side. Lots of fun to do together with a pal, a partner or parent, or come along and meet other Pot Heads! The workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, and we encourage first time potters to come along and have a go!

Workshop price includes all equipment and materials, plus a succulent or cactus ‘hairstyle’ of your choice.

Due to government guidelines, bookings will be by tables/groups ONLY – though please do get in touch if you have a special request and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.

For each session there is the following available, prices are based at £20 per potter.
(if it isn’t showing as an option this means it has already been booked)

– 1 x Table for up to 6
– 1 x Table for up to 4
– 2 x Table for up to 2
– 2 x Single bookings
(single bookings will be positioned at either ends of one table to adhere with social distancing guidelines)

Children age 6+ and family groups are welcome, any potters age 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult.

All bookings and payments to be made via the Pot Head website HERE. If the event is unable to take place it will be rescheduled, all refunds are at the discretion of Pot Heads Pottery.

After booking your table, you will receive an email before the event with details of how to find us.

We will make provision for a day of slight showers but may have to cancel in the event of heavy rain.
