Paintings

My work is an attempt to capture my environment and feelings, as a journal might, using both immediate observation and memory, and an instinctive feel for the impact of composition and colour. I have used various media: charcoal, acrylics, oil bar, paper, pencil on canvas, but now I just concentrate on using paint. Everyday objects, interiors and landscapes infiltrate the work, which becomes a journey and experience in itself.
