Contemporary Silver and Glass Jewellery

Aleanna works with precious metals and glass to create striking contemporary jewellery.

Inspired by both clean geometric shapes and rough organic forms, Aleanna's designs are drawn from these opposites, creating a diverse collection.

Aleanna uses both kiln firing and flamework techniques to form glass cabochons and beads to compliment her silversmithing. Her work is a fusion of metal, glass, colour and light creating striking reflections and depth on truly unique pieces. A touch of dichroic glass adds an iridescent sheen or dramatic glint to earrings necklaces, bracelets and rings.

Aleanna has been making jewellery for over 6 years. She has achieved OCN Level 3 in Silverwork and is a certified Level 1 Artisan in Precious Metal Clay. She is currently studying FdA Applied Art and Design.
