ALEX J RANKIN: My photography centres around urban landscapes, exploring ideas of mood and atmosphere in the city as well as capturing visual detail. I am also interested in how narrative can be created through the capture of a place and will be displaying some experiments using text and image that explore this idea further.

FALLEN EMPIRE
an on the road pub crawl novel of an invisible city.
Alex Bocchetto and Valentina Abenavoli will present their photo-book "Fallen Empire", an uncompromising counter-narration of London on the eve of the Olympic Games, a photographic documentation of the black heart beating under the productive surface of the capital.
